How long does shipping take within Australia?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery to most metropolitan areas.
What is your return policy for boxing gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hand wraps and mouthguards cannot be returned once opened.
How do I know which glove size to choose?
Glove size depends on your body weight and the type of training you are doing. Generally, 10oz-12oz is for bag work, while 16oz is the standard for sparring. Check our detailed Size Guide on the product page for specific measurements.
Do you offer a warranty on heavy bags and stands?
Yes, Everlast products are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty. This covers structural defects but does not include normal wear and tear from regular training use.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
